Our Infrastructure

Our infrastructure has been approved by BSNL for bulk production of the following cables. BSNL has also issued the Infrastructure Assessment Certificate to us.

Manufacturing Facilities

Introduction
We introduce our Company M/s. Network Cables as a leading manufacturer of Telephone cables in North India with our Brand name as 'Network'. We are in this activity for last 30 years.

Conductor
The Conductor is Insulated with a suitable PVC compound applicant to the conductor by the extrusion. The specially developed PVC compound can withstand high voltage & insulation resistance test up to required standard as per IS: 694/1977. The cores are tested for high voltage & insulation resistance test as well as other tests as prescribed in IS: 694/1977 before laying up to final stage.   

Colour Scheme
We manufacture colour schemes as per the specification of department of telecommunication as table 13 & 14 for type 113B & 114B table is for type 113C table 16 for type D-3003 table 17 for BS 3573 & table 19 for type 129C and as per IS: 94/1977 scheme.
   
Benching (Twisting)
Network telephone cables & switch board cables with annealed electrolytic copper conductor insulation & sheathed with PVC compound twisted pair are benched together in concentric layers and copper conductor of wire, electric cores and signal cores are bunched as per scheme so as to minimize cross talk & DB loss, easy to count pairs.

Outer Sheathed
Finally a tough outer sheathed with PVC is extruded over the rope of cable. This sheath offers excellent weather resistance & mechanical protection, and thus customer satisfaction.
